Affirming psychologists who provide warmth, safety, and understanding via Telehealth, Australia-wide.
At The Neuro Nurture Collective, we offer online therapy and autism assessments for adults who are autistic, ADHDers (or AUDHDers!), or exploring their neurotype. We are also passionate about supporting parents and caregivers of austistic/ADHDer children. Our psychologists are neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed - which means we see your brain as different, not broken. Whether you're self-identifying, late-diagnosed, or still figuring things out, you'll find a warm, non-judgmental space here. We understand the autistic/ADHDer adult experience - including but of course not limited to masking, autistic burnout, parenting, and co-occurring anxiety and depression.
We are proud allies of the LGBTQIA+ community and warmly welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences. We approach every session with genuine respect for who you are and how you experience the world. We use a range of evidence-based therapies, but we don't take a one-size-fits-all approach. We adapt to you, your neurotype, and your lived experience rather than asking you to fit into a standardised clinical framework.
We also recognise that warm, collaborative and kind care involves more than clinical training. We're committed to ongoing reflection on our privilege, and to approaching every client relationship with cultural humility - an awareness that your background, identity, and experiences shape your world in ways that deserve to be understood, and not assumed or left unacknowledged.
We get that phone calls and emailing back and forth can add to the executive functioning load - we've made it as easy as possible to book sessions online. Please register on our portal to book in sessions with our clinicians. If you would like to talk to someone before booking in, please do feel free to email us: admin@theneuronurturecollective.com.

1.
Register by creating a login to our portal - we use 'Zanda'. You will be able to see availability on the portal and book in at a time that suits.
2.
Once you have booked a session, we will email you links to an intake and consent form, and ask you to send us a Mental Healthcare Plan if you have booked a 'MHTP' session. Forms need to be completed at least one week before your appointment. For therapy clients, we ask for your bank card details and will take the fee from your account after the session. For assessment clients, you will receive an invoice to be paid prior to your session.
3.
Once intake and consent forms are completed, you will receive a Telehealth link via email. We use Zanda's Telehealth functionality so you don't need to download any software - just click the link. It is a secure platform and adheres to Australian privacy laws. At the end of your session, your psychologist will check in on if you have future sessions booked, or if you would like to book more in the calendar.
